3D printed ceramics brings a new technology to such an old art form. It’s similar to how I feel about my own
transition. Transness has been around forever and I'm using new technology to bring out the best parts
of myself. Ceramics are a medium that can last thousands of years and I’m using that to document my medical
transition. Particularly the scheduling of my orchiectomy. All 3D printed ceramic pieces are 3D scans of my
body pre-surgery.
