Description:
The Digital Death Mask series is a collection of 3D scans that preserve the faces, bodies, and personalities of transgender people in a highly detailed, campy way. Through this interactive archive the viewer’s choices will determine which Digital Death Masks they will see and which stories they will hear. Of which, include interviews, sampled audio, and excerpts from a zine.
To move in the game use the WASD keys. To look around use either a mouse or touchpad.
There are 3 different areas that the viewer can explore depending on their answers. A complete play through of the game is around 12 minutes so trying to find each area is highly encouraged. To start over the viewer would only need to find the completely white, tall 3D model of a girl with a spike for a head.
